Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, resaleable condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
